SPM Short Course

This course presents instruction on the analysis and characterisation of functional imaging data. This includes PET, fMRI, EEG and MEG. The course deals with the theoretical foundations, procedural implementation and experimental design, and practical sessions in which SPM will be used to analyse exemplar data sets from different modalities.
Functional MRI Course: AFNI
FIRC Lab, Medical College of Wisconsin

This intensive class is a training workshop in the Analysis of Functional Neuro-Images using the AFNI software package (NIH). It covers MRI physics, signal change principles, pulse sequences, safety issues, temporal and spatial resolution, MR stimulus delivery, recording behavioral responses, correcting for head motion, and image processing and analysis at the individual and group level.
FSL and FreeSurfer Courses

This week-long course covers the use of FSL and Freesurfer with a special focus on GLM-based and Model-free (ICA) based analysis of functional imaging data, Cortical flattening applications, registration, segmentation and structural analysis, as well as diffusion weighted image analysis and tractography.
